MISys Manufacturing Professional Services |
MISys, Inc, provides a Professional Service Group geared to helping
Business Partners
win more sales of the MISys Manufacturing System. |
 |
| |
Program Overview |
The MISys Professional
Services Group (PSG) works as a liaison between you, the Business Partner, and the prospective end user with a single objective:
helping you close sales.
PSG representatives are accomplished salespeople who are very
familiar with manufacturing concepts and the MISys Manufacturing
System. |
Optional Program |
Using the MISys PSG couldn't be
easier. Whenever the MISys Sales Office gives you a sales lead,
you have the opportunity to accept or decline PSG services.
Regardless of your decision, the lead is yours.
If you accept PSG services, a copy of the lead will be sent to
the PSG representative who will contact you within 48 hours to
coordinate a sales plan. PSG will then contact the end-user prospect to
introduce the parties and establish a level of expectation. |
Services Available |
MISys PSG is ready to help you
with:
Prospect follow-up
Needs assessment
RFP analysis
Literature fulfillment
Demonstration software
downloads
Personal demonstrations
(on-line)
Objection resolution Sales Order completion
|
|
Continuing Relationship |
All during the sales process, PSG
will serve as the liaison between you and the end-user to insure
that everything possible is being done to win the sale. When you close
the sale, PSG's work is done. |
Territory Covered |
PSG services are available in the United
States, Canada, and the United Kingdom -- anywhere MISys products are
purchased directly from Manufacturing Information Systems, Inc. PSG
services are not currently available in international markets served by MISys Distributors. |
Service Fees |
The services of PSG are free, although when PSG
assistance is provided, Business Partner and Certified Business Partner's commission on the initial sale is reduced by 10% -- a small price to pay for expert
sales assistance.
|
Fee Basis |
The PSG commission cap applies only to MISys products included in the
initial sale. It does not affect MISys sales to an existing customer
after 90 days, upgrade subscription plans, non-MISys software, or the consulting fees
you normally bill to the customer. |
Sales Cycle |
Although a quick close is in everyone's best
interest, there is no time limit to the availability of PSG
services. Ninety (90) days after the sale has been made, or lost to a competitor, PSG steps out of the relationship. |
Signing
Up for PSG |
Signing up for PSG services couldn't be simpler
-- just accept or decline every time you receive a qualified sales
lead. Your decision won't affect that or future sales leads. Each lead
is your lead whether PSG is involved or not. |
Self-generated Sales Leads |
PSG
services are also available when you develop a MISys sales
lead yourself. Just register the lead on-line to insure that no other
Business Partner can lay claim to your lead. When
you do, the PSG wheels are set in motion. |
